Flush Mount Smoke Eaters are mounted above a drop (or sheet rock) ceiling. The face of the unit is flush with the ceiling. They are aesthetically pleasing and provide a practical solution for low ceiling heights.	Surface or Wall mounted Smoke Eaters are preferred in areas that have high or open ceilings, or when mounting an air cleaner to the ceiling is not possible.

Concealed or Ducted Smoke Eater Systems are ideal for locations where aesthetics are important. They are installed above the ceiling, behind a wall, in a basement or attic, and are virtually out of sight showing just the supply and return grilles.	Harmful particles are drawn into the Electrostatic Smoke Eater and given an electronic charge. Then, like a magnet, collection cells capture the charged pollutants and send the contaminant-free air through a carbon after-filter to eliminate odors. The result is clean, fresh air circulated throughout the room.	Media type Smoke Eaters usually consist of 3 filters; a pre-filter, HEPA filter and carbon after-filter. All filters require cleaning or replacing, depending on the media. As the air is drawn through the high-efficiency filter media, 95% of the tobacco smoke particles are removed on each pass.
