Free Ground Shipping: Enjoy free ground shipping on most orders over $100 to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Orders Under $100: A flat shipping & handling fee of $16.95 applies.

Carriers: We primarily use FedEx Ground and UPS for standard deliveries. For freight shipments, we utilize UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, and other reputable carriers as needed.

📦 Freight Shipments
Certain large or heavy items (e.g., commercial dehumidifiers, air cleaners, bottle-less water coolers) are shipped via freight to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Location: We recommend shipping to commercial locations equipped with a loading dock or forklift.

Additional Services: Services such as inside delivery, liftgate service, limited access delivery, and delivery appointments may incur extra charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Inspection: An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the delivery. Before signing, inspect the shipment for any damage. If damage is found, note it on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately at 1-800-237-9199.
🌍 International Shipments
For orders shipping outside the U.S.:
