Installation tips
  • Base Plate in this nozzle adapter kit is also required before installation.
  • Always disconnect power to the MovinCool unit before installing accessories.
  • Remove the existing louvers or standard supply-air frame on the unit’s front panel as directed in the MovinCool accessory manual.
  • Align each 5″ flange into the supply-air opening(s) and secure using the provided screws. Ensure flanges seat properly with no gap around edges.
  • Use the quick-connect twist-lock tabs to attach the nozzles or flexible ducts (e.g., part 484209-0480) into the flanges.
  • Verify airflow direction, ensure the ducts or nozzles aren’t restricted and maintain clear path for discharge.
  • After installation, test the unit at full speed and observe that the new supply path is secure and flush with no leakage.
  • Document the upgrade in your service records (including part number, date installed, installer name).
