The MARK-20 Smoke Eater is the best commercial air purifier for cigar smoke, cigarette smoke, and musty odor removal in large areas with high ceilings such as Bingo Halls, VFW Halls, Restaurants, Bars, Smoking Lounge, Taverns, Billiard Halls, Meeting Rooms and more. It is recommended that the Mark 20 Commercial Air Purifier Smoke Eater be installed in areas that have 12-foot ceiling heights or more. The Mark-20 ceiling mount smoke eliminator machine is equipped with (4) eyebolts positioned 16 inches on center on top of each system for easy installation. The installation hardware also includes (4) S-hooks, (4) eye lags, and industrial hanging wire.

3-Filter Smoke Elimination System Provides Excellent Clean Air Results

The MARK-20 commercial air cleaner uses a powerful blower to draw the air from smoke-filled areas. As the air is drawn through the high-efficiency filter media, 95% of the tobacco smoke particles are removed on each pass. The clean air that is constantly discharged into the area is refreshing and remarkably free of tobacco smoke and other contaminants.

Stage 1 - Pre-Filter
The pre-filter is important because not only does it remove the larger particles, it also helps prolong the life of the High Efficiency filter in the system. Essentially, the pre-filter is the first line of defense in maintaining your system; therefore promoting better indoor air quality.
(12) Polyester pre-filters are supplied with each system. Pre-filters cannot be washed and must be changed monthly.

Stage 2 - Activated Carbon Filter
Activated Carbon removes odors by absorbing odors, gases & VOCs into the filter. Think of carbon as an odor sponge. It can hold many times its weight in odor molecules. However, once carbon becomes saturated it loses its efficiency. Thus, proper maintenance of the carbon filter is required to keep your environment fresh & clean smelling.
(6) Activated Carbon Filter pads are supplied with each system. Carbon Filters cannot be washed and should be changed every 2 months.

Stage 3 - High-Efficiency Filter
The High Efficiency filter removes the very small particles, such as smoke (tobacco, burning wood, oil, rosin), dust mites, spores, mold spores, pollen, spray paint, spray paint dust, ashes, cement dust, auto emissions, textile fibers, fiberglass, hairspray, insecticide dust, copier toner, and most viruses just to name a few. The High Efficiency filter is extremely important for superior air filtration and when used and maintained properly it will dramatically improve your indoor air quality. We cannot stress enough the importance of the High Efficiency filter to our system and the fact the High Efficiency filter must be maintained in order to achieve the maximum results.
(1) 12-inch High Efficiency Filter is supplied with each Mark-20 air cleaner. The High Efficiency filter cannot be washed and should be changed annually.

OPTIONAL - Remote Control
Easily control the settings on your MARK-20 Smoke Eater with a handy Remote Control Key Fob. If your Smoke Eater is installed in an awkward area or is too high to reach, the remote control is an excellent choice. Each receiver is factory installed and comes with 2 battery-operated remote control key fobs. (Multiple air cleaners require a separate receiver/transmitter for each unit.) Receiver / Transmitter range is approximately 10 feet under normal operating conditions.

How many Mark‑20 units do I need?
Use the CFM Calculator and your target ACH. As a starting point, one Mark‑20 can handle up to ~8,000 cu ft; larger rooms and heavier smoke need more capacity. We can size it for you.

Is it loud?
About 67–70 dB @ 5 ft depending on speed—similar to a loud conversation. 

Does it come with a remote?
A factory remote is optional and includes two key fobs; typical range is ~10 ft.

Can you ship to California?
No. This unit is not CARB‑certified and cannot ship to CA.

What’s the lead time and how does it ship?
The Mark‑20 is built to order and ships LTL freight. Lead time can be several weeks.
