Installation tips
  • Shut Off Water Supply: Turn off the feed water to the filtration system.
  • Relieve Pressure: Open the filtered water faucet to release line pressure.
  • Locate Post-Filter Position: Identify the final inline section after the RO membrane or main filtration stage.
  • Remove Existing Inline Filter (if present): Disconnect tubing from the old post filter.
  • Install New GAC + Calcite Filter: Connect tubing to the inlet and outlet ends of the filter, following the flow direction arrow.
  • Secure Connections: Ensure tubing is fully seated to prevent leaks.
  • Restore Water Supply: Turn water back on slowly and inspect for leaks.
  • Flush Before Use: Flush the system for several minutes to condition the carbon and calcite media.
