Replacement 6-inch HEPA filter for the Interceptor 2000 Industrial Strength Commercial Air Cleaner
ASHRAE rated at 90/95 (MERV 14), the HEPA filter in the Interceptor 2000 provides excellent air cleaning capabilities. It's the final stage in the I-2000 series of filters.
As air passes through the HEPA filter, particles (such as smoke, dust, etc.), attach to the filter media and are trapped. While the HEPA filter collects more and more particles, its efficiency actually increases. This, however, also causes a reduction in air velocity. As the HEPA filter continues to load, less air will be able to pass through the filter. Over time you'll notice a lessening in the effectiveness of the Interceptor 2000. This is an indicator that it may be time to replace the HEPA filter. Proper maintenance of the HEPA filter is absolutely essential to the functionality of the Interceptor 2000 industrial air cleaner.
For use in the Interceptor 2000 Industrial Strength Commercial Air Cleaner
Replace, on average, every 12 months.
