  • Access the Filter Housing: Locate the carbon block filter housing in the PURA UVB system.
  • Remove Old Filter: Unscrew the housing and remove the used carbon block filter.
  • Install New Filter: Insert the new half-micron carbon block filter, ensuring it is centered properly.
  • Inspect O-Ring: Check the housing O-ring and lubricate or replace if necessary.
  • Reassemble Housing: Tighten the housing securely by hand (do not overtighten).
  • Restore Water Supply: Turn water back on slowly and check for leaks.
