  • (8) ¼" × 1" sheet metal screws
  • (4) predrilled corner brackets
  • (2) 3/8" × 50 ft poly braid ropes
  • (1) 1/8" × 12 ft wire rope
  • (2) 1/8" × 20 ft wire ropes

Installation tips
  • Measure the cooling tower intake opening before selecting the compatible PreVent BHA filter size.
  • Install the corner brackets and pulley hardware securely on the tower structure to support the lifting system.
  • Ensure the wire rope guides keep the filter screen aligned during raising and lowering.
  • Use the rope ratchet system to easily control the lifting and lowering process.
  • Leave sufficient clearance so the filter screen can be lowered safely for cleaning without obstruction.
  • Clean the filter screen regularly by brushing debris off or rinsing with water while lowered.
