CleanLeaf CL-2500-C30 Air Filtration Stages
Stage 1 - 4-inch MERV-8 Pleated Pre-Filter
This medium-efficiency pleated pre-filter catches any large particulate that may exist in your environment. The primary purpose of the pre-filter is to increase the lifetime of the secondary filters that come after them. A MERV 8 efficiency provides the best balance between restriction and capture rate.
Each CL-2500-C30 includes one 4-inch MERV 8 pre-filter. Replace every 3-6 months or as needed.
Stage 2 - 15-inch 95% Efficient 12-Pocket Bag Filter
The bag filter is capable of capturing numerous airborne particles including smoke, mold, mildew, dust, and pollen. All of these pollutants are larger than 2 microns. The bag filters used in the CleanLeaf air cleaners capture 95% of particles that are 1 micron in size which makes it 100% efficient at 2 microns or larger. All molds, powdery mildew, and pollen will be captured by this filter.
Each CL-2500-C30 includes one 15-inch bag filter. Replace every 6-12 months or as needed.
Stage 3 - (3) 10-Pound Carbon Modules
Carbon removes odors, gases, and VOCs. Carbon has been consistently proven to be the safest and most effective means for removing odors from the air. Each CL-2500-C30 is equipped with 30 pounds of carbon.
Each CL-2500-C30 includes three 10-pound carbon modules. Replace every 6-12 months or as needed.

Ceiling MountOrder Factory Installed Eye Bolts for easy "do-it-yourself" Ceiling Mount. Your CleanLeaf unit will come with pre-drilled holes/eyebolts on all 4 corners The Eye Bolt Mounting Kit option is an excellent choice for lighter units. Chains should be mounted to the ceiling rafters which hook on to the factory-installed eye bolts. When ordering, choose the Factory Installed Eye Bolts with (4) Q-Links & (4) 5' Chains installation option. |
Strut Channel MountThe Strut Channel mounting option is an excellent choice for heavier single and multi-units. Industrial chain mounts to the rafters and hooks onto the eye bolts installed into an under-mounted channel strut (not included). For this option, order the Optional Eye-Bolt Mounting Kit separately under Filters and Accessories. |
L-Bracket Wall MountIf you have wall space available, the durable L-Bracket is an excellent mounting option for single configuration units. When ordering, choose the Include L-Brackets for Wall Mount installation option. If you decide later on down the road that you want to wall mount your CleanLeaf Air Cleaner, The Optional Wall Mounting Brackets can be ordered separately under Filters and Accessories. |
