Optional Smokeeter Model FS Carbon Plenum Holds 12 Pounds of Carbon
The Carbon plenum is constructed of 20-gauge steel with a removable access panel. The plenum is a V-Bank design that holds 4 trays of carbon. 10-inch inlet/outlet collars are provided for connecting flex or hard duct. The Smokeeter FS Plenum includes (4) 3-pound trays of carbon, for a total carbon weight of 12 pounds.
This module is optional and only needs to be ordered ONCE. The carbon trays inside the module get replaced approximately once per year and can be found here.
