With regard to product returns during COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending all product returns. One of our core values is safety. Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our warehouses, we are declining all returns (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers and workers.
