The CL-1100-C7 Air Cleaning System will capture multiple airborne organisms including mold, fungi spores, bacteria, pollen, insect pests, VOCs, odors, and more. As the air flows through a series of industry-proven filters, you can rest assured that your air will be clear of these unwanted pollutants that can cause damage to your valuable crop. Plus, any odors, VOCs, or gases will be eliminated by the carbon post filter.
3 Stages of Filtration in the CleanLeaf CL-1100-C7 Smoke and Odor Air Filtration System
Each CleanLeaf CL-1100-C7 Air Filtration System comes fully equipped with (1) Pre-filter, (1) Bag Filter, and (1) 7-Pound Carbon Filter.
Stage 1 - 1-inch Washable Pre-filter
1 inch - 35% efficient washable foam pre-filter traps dust and larger particles. This filter can be washed several times before replacement is needed.
The CleanLeaf CL-1100-C7 is equipped with one washable foam pre-filter. Replace when pre-filter shows signs of wear and tear.
Stage 2 - 24-inch 6-Pocket Bag Filter
24-inch 95% 6-pocket bag filter easily achieves 98% arrestance and 95% efficiency. The Bag Filter captures smoke and other sub-micron size particles from the air as it passes through. Its large surface area lasts a long time and captures super-small particles.
The CleanLeaf CL-1100-C7 is equipped with one 24-inch bag filter. Replace every 6-12 months or as needed.
Stage 3 - 7 Pound Carbon Filter
2-inch 7-pound Charcoal After Filter removes odors, gases, and VOCs. Carbon is an excellent odor mitigator. It can adsorb several times its weight in offensive odors, VOCs, chemicals, and gases.
The CleanLeaf CL-1100-C7 is equipped with one 7-pound carbon post filter. Replace every 12 months or as needed.

Ceiling Chain MountThe Chain Mounting Kit option is an excellent choice for hanging your CleanLeaf air cleaner from the ceiling. Chains should be mounted to eyebolts in the ceiling rafters/joists which hook onto the factory-installed eye bolts. For this option, order the optional Mounting Kit which includes (4) 5-foot chains, (4) Q-links, and (4) eyebolts (used to screw into the rafters/joists). |
Strut Channel MountThe Strut Channel mounting option is an excellent choice for heavier single and multi-units. Industrial chain mounts to the rafters and hooks onto the eye bolts installed into an under-mounted channel strut (not included). For this option, order the Optional Mounting Kit separately under Filters and Accessories. |
L-Bracket Wall MountIf you have wall space available, the set of durable L-Brackets is an excellent mounting option for single configuration units. When ordering, choose the Include L-Brackets for Wall Mount installation option. If you decide later on down the road that you want to wall mount your CleanLeaf Air Cleaner, the Optional Wall Mounting Brackets can be ordered separately under Filters and Accessories. |
