The Model HFA Electrostatic HVAC Air Filter is an excellent choice for hospitals, laboratories, computer rooms, food packaging plants, and pharmaceutical plants.
The Model HFA washable electrostatic air filter for commercial HVAC air handling systems contains multiple layers of custom woven electrostatic polypropylene media, plus non-woven polyester. The result is superior dust holding capabilities.
In addition, the 1-inch and 2-inch models feature the exclusive Accumulator Chamber. By using a unitized filter bank design, multiple layers of media assembled in a steel frame provide a distinct separation to create a triple-action filtration system. The pre-filter/after-filter assembly promotes free airflow while resisting face loading. Excess particles sweep through the pre-filter. Cross-currents within the chamber cause further agglomeration and settlement until the filter is rinsed clean. The outer frame contains strategically placed drain holes for thorough cleaning.
