Replacement Filter Kit for Vertex EasyPur 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier

FK-103 annual filter kit includes:

  • (1) Twist-On Sediment Filter - 5-micron polyspun cartridge - The 5-micron polyspun filter takes out suspended solids such as dirt, rust, sand, and pipe scale.
  • (2) Twist-On Carbon GAC Filters - Granular Activated Carbon Filter, 5-micron - Twin activated carbon filters remove chlorine, bad tastes, and odors.
  • (1) Inline GAC Post Filter - Granular Activated Carbon post-filter - When the faucet is opened, clean water from the storage tank flows through the final polishing filter of activated carbon and into the faucet for your use.

Replace all filters every 12 months.

  • Install New Filters: Insert the new sediment and carbon filters into the correct stages.
  • Inspect Seals: Clean and lubricate O-rings; replace if damaged.
  • Reassemble Housings: Tighten housings securely by hand (do not overtighten).
  • Restore Water Supply: Slowly turn water back on and check for leaks.
  • Flush the System: Flush several gallons of water to condition the new filters.
  • Log Replacement Date: Record the date to stay on schedule for next year’s replacement.
